Having frequently moved prior to settling in Barrie, Steph has developed a small obsession with Real Estate. His roots are different than that of the traditional Broker; rather than having the usual banking background, Steph came to this industry through his mortgage investments and rentals. This has allowed him to develop a different perspective on helping to find the best mortgage solution. Steph became a Mortgage Agent in 2007 and Purchased Mortgage Sense Inc. in March of 2011. Steph has a designation from IMBA (CPMA). Steph resides in Barrie, with a family of 4 children, and keeps involved in the community.
